Add Custom Hero Images
Spice up the design of your campaign messages and automations
Game changer alert. You can place your favourite hero image inside tinyAlbert campaign messages and automations. Use the same hero image over an extended period (if you want), or select up to five images and let the AI rotate the pictures.
Our hero image feature is a design enhancement that can build your brand and add a dash of pizzazz to your email content. The product and collection images that tinyAlbert automatically loads into your campaign messages are not affected by the hero image feature.
Click the Hero Image menu tab.
Before describing the customization options, let me explain how the Hero Image feature works right out of the box. By default, everything runs automatically, so this is FYI.
The Hero Image page displays your hero image library. tinyAlbert automatically built this library by hunting for pictures in your store. (You can manually upload images to this library—I explain that a bit later).
Every time the tinyAlbert AI generates a new campaign message or automation, it randomly pulls in an image from the hero library. Each time you regenerate a campaign or automation, the AI inserts a different hero image into the message.
You can remove an image from the hero library. Click the three-dot icon, select Delete, and then Yes, delete in the confirmation popup.
There are two customization options: upload images and select specific images.
You can upload new pictures into the Hero Image library. The images you add here become part of the regular image rotation when tinyAlbert generates and regenerates campaign messages and automations (unless you enable the second customization feature—see below).
Instead of cycling through the entire hero image library, tell the AI which image (or images) to use when campaign messages and automations are generated and regenerated. You can specify from one to five images.
If you select one image, tinyAlbert uses that picture in all future messages.
Go to the Hero Image page.
tinyAlbert displays a new message with a hero image. If I continuously click regenerate the message, the AI cycles through the entire library or the specific images (if you selected one or more images).
When you're finished checking a campaign, be sure to switch on the Activate toggle.
Open the Automations page and inspect the new look of these messages. In Preview mode, click the Regenerate button to insert a new hero image (if you're using the entire library or a group of selected images).
