Can I change the font in messages (e.g. size, colour, bold, etc.)?  

Yes, you can customize the font in any campaign message and automation by opening the editor. Here's how.

  1. Go to a campaign message or automation.
  2. Click the Edit button.
  3. On the next page, click the Next button.


Be sure to click the toggle and deactivate a campaign or automation. The Edit button won't display when the status is activated.


Next, select a container with text and then go up to the Styling menu. Click the Font field and select an option. Repeat the steps for the other text elements. 

Click Save. Optionally, check the display by sending a test message.
