Follow these steps to complete a DKIM signup for a business email/domain hosted on Wix nameservers.
If your domain is hosted on another platform (e.g. GoDaddy nameservers) and it points to a Wix site, create the DKIM record on the other platform (i.e. not Wix) because that is where the DNS is hosted.
If you have a business domain email from Wix, you can easily update the sender identity in your tinyEmail account.
Why DKIM? Click to see the new Gmail and Yahoo anti-spam rules.
Log in to your Wix account.
Click Domains on the side menu.
Locate the domain for your email.
Click the three-dot icon and select Manage DNS Records. A new page displays.
Click the Add Record button.
In a blank row, enter this information:
Type: CNAME
Host name: tec1._domainkey
Value: tec1.dkim.tinyemail.com
TTL: 1 Hour
Click Save. Your Wix work is done.
Open tinyAlbert.
Click the account icon and select the DKIM menu tab.
Go to the Sender domain drop-down and choose your domain.
Click the Check link.
If DKIM is successfully set up, you'll see the status as DKIM verified. If you encounter any problems, contact our support team.
The DKIM sign-up helps ensure compliance with recent Gmail and Yahoo anti-spam rules and improves the odds that your messages land in your customers' inboxes.
