Facebook Password Recovery Without Email or Phone Number

Gotta love browsers that save passwords. I love easy logins because sometimes I'm too lazy to open my password manager (BTW, I use KeePassXC, a free open-source app that has saved my bacon on several occasions).
Reliance on tech to solve one problem often also causes another. Take Facebook as a small and fairly inconsequential example. There's no way I could remember my FB password if forced to enter it from memory. I'm not even sure if I updated my password manager.
So, that leads me to a recent customer question submitted to our support team (which is open 24/7, BTW).

You set up an alternate email or phone number for your account, right? If yes, you're golden. You can use those credentials to reset your password.
If those backup credentials aren't available, your last hope is to try Facebook support. The customer service team interrogation is painless, but you'll need to confirm that you are the account holder.
