When enabled, this automation sends out an AI-crafted message 14 days after a customer order has been fulfilled. The message asks the customer for a product review. The instructions are simple: click the link in the message and submit a review about the product they recently purchased. The message also includes a Shop more button that brings customers back to your store.
Go to the Product Review card and choose an action.
Click the Preview link and inspect the message on mobile devices and desktops. Looking for something different? Click Regenerate, and tinyAlbert creates a fresh message design.
As you scroll through the message, review the customizations you made, like:
Click the three dots to open a modal with two links. You can click Regenerate layout to refresh the layout or click Information to read details about the automation and review performance data.
To send the automation, switch the toggle to the ON position. (When enabled, the word Deactivate displays.) To stop sending Product Review messages, switch the toggle off.
