One hour after a customer completes a store purchase, tinyAlbert automatically sends a friendly AI-written message to say thanks. tinyAlbert dynamically loads order information into the message, plus a link to your store, which makes it easy for customers to confirm order information and shop again.
Go to the Thank You For Purchase card and click an option.
Here's your chance to see how the automation will appear on desktop and mobile devices. If you want a different look, click Regenerate to create a new style.
As you scroll through the message, review the customizations you made, like:
Click the three dots to open a window. Here you can regenerate the layout (which opens the Preview panel) or click the Information link. This link opens a panel that describes how the automation works and shows performance stats.
To enable the automation, switch the toggle to the ON position. (When enabled, you'll see the word Deactivate.) Switch off the toggle to stop the automation.
