The Automations Are Not Activating

Sometimes a refresh is all you need

Problem

The toggle switch doesn't work for me.

This happens from time to time. The toggle switch on an automation card doesn't move. I'm not sure why, but this fix usually works.

enable tinyalbert automations


Solution

Click the Regenerate button and then click the refresh icon at the top of the page. That usually solves the problem. 

If that doesn't solve the problem, there might be a bug on the backend. In that case, contact the support team via email (support@tinyalbert.ai) or the chat room, and we'll look into it.
