Admittedly, we don't rely on the hard sell - we're more about helping store owners build customer relationships and generating conversions through touchpoints, to borrow an old sales expression. How many touchpoints are required to generate a sale? Probably more than you think. That's why the Welcome Series automation is essential - it's the start of a long conversation with your customers.
When a customer fills in a popup form, tinyAlbert adds the user's contact info to your Welcome audience and then sends them an email notification. The notification contains a simple message to say thanks for joining the list. There's also a link to your store. If the Welcome audience is not present in your account, tinyAlbert automatically creates that list when you enable this automation.
Go to the Welcome Series card and choose an action.
Click the Preview link to see how the message appears on desktop monitors and mobile screens. Click Regenerate, and tinyAlbert creates a new design option.
Get more information by clicking the three dots. You can click Regenerate layout to change the design or click Information. A new windowdisplays information about the automation and performance stats.
To enable the automation, switch on the toggle. (When enabled, the word Deactivate displays.) To stop sending the Welcome Series message, switch off the toggle.
