Improve customer retention

I read a fascinating stat the other day about customer retention and customer acquisition. According to these folks, the chance of selling to an existing customer is about 60-70%, while the odds of selling to a new customer are about 5-20%.

If these figures are even close to the reality of e-commerce sales, then you definitely need a strategy to bring previous customers back to your site. Fortunately, tinyAlbert has a solution. It's called the Win Back Flow Automation.

What is the Win Back Flow automation?

When enabled, tinyAlbert automatically sends a friendly AI-crafted reminder to past customers 30 days after their last order. The message - auto-generated and auto-formatted by tinyAlbert - warmly invites them to come back and shop some more.

Enabling the Win Back Flow automation

  1. Log in to your store and click tinyAlbert AI Marketing on the side menu.
  2. Click Automations.

Scroll down the page to Win Back Flow. On the card, you have three options:

  1. Preview the automation.
  2. Get more information (plus Regenerate and Edit if the automation is deactivated).
  3. Switch on the toggle to activate the automation.

Preview the Win Back Flow automation

tinyAlbert dynamically loads links to your site and products, which makes it easy for customers to return to your store.

In Preview mode, you can see how the automation will appear on desktop and mobile devices. Optionally, click the Regenerate button to change the message and display without leaving Preview mode.

As you scroll through the message, review the customizations you made, like:

Get more information

To learn more about the automation, click the three dots and then select an option. You can regenerate the layout (which opens the Preview panel) or click Information. This button opens the Win Back Flow panel, which describes how the automation works and displays performance data.

Click the See reports button at the bottom of the panel to read how much revenue this automation has generated for you.
